Image block options

  • Add the image to the page
  • Select the image
  • Select “show more settings”
  • Choose the “Block” option
  • Go to “Image settings”
  • Fill in the “Alt text” field

“Show more” is the three dots at the end on of the menu

Block settings include - insert an image - image style - a spot to add alt text - image size - image dimensions in pixels - advanced options
Scroll down to “Image settings” and add alt text.
